For participants > Presentation instructions

Each participant has twenty minutes to present their work. A laptop with windows OS, adobe reader, Microsoft Office and internet access will be available on each room. Speakers are higly recommended to check their presentation during pause and lunch. A few minutes before the start of each session, all speakers of the following session must come to the chair-man and place their presentation on the PC desktop. We also ask that speakers of the session occupy seats of the first row of the room. The conference website must be used to backup your presentation (the conference repository site is secure and does not allow public access to your repositories). The screen format is 16/9.
