Registration

All conference attendees must register. Please follow the instructions provided below to register.

How to register:

Conference participants must register online via the conference web site following this step:

  1. Go to the conference web-site and Login,
  2. Enter your login and Password,
  3. Go to your space In clicking on “MY SPACE”,
  4. Choose “My registration” and fill the registration form.

Please noticed that your registration will be made with a two steps procedure:

  1. Fill the registration form and submit this one,
  2. Few hours after you will receive an e-mail that will invited you to proceed to the payment.

To proceed to the online payment please follow this step:

  1. Log-in on the conference website,
  2. click on "MY SPACE",
  3. Choose “My registration”,
  4. Click on "pay on line".

When you click on "payonline" you arrive on a page named "Passerelle de paiement Scienceconf.org- Paybox" where you have a little box at the left-bottom "payer". You must click on it to proceed to the payement.

The registration form must be fill carefully and all prices in the registration form are VAT included. The current applicable VAT rate is 20% apart for catering where this rate is reduced to 10%. The table at the bottom of this page gives you an overview of all prices related to our conference (VAT excluded).

How to validate your final submission:

Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of one of the co-authors. To associated a registration to an accepted paper please do not forget to fill the blank on the registration form with your paper number provided by Paperplaza conference manuscript management system AND your Paperplaza PIN number. The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final submission of the accepted paper. Accepted papers which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the proceedings.

The final paper length is limited to 6 pages. A maximum of up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 8 pages per paper) is allowed. Extra pages require the payment of over-length page fees.

What is included in registration fee:

Full/ Regular registrations include: 1 conference bag with one copy of electronic proceedings in USB thumb drive, 1 banquet ticket, all daily coffee breaks and lunch, 1 ticket for the welcome reception, 1 ticket for the farewell reception, 1 ticket for the visit of the Chamerolles Castle, 1 paper upload included in the registration fee and up to a total of 2 papers uploads with additional costs (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s); 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost).

Student registrations include: 1 conference bag with one copy of electronic proceedings in USB thumb drive, all daily coffee breaks and lunch, 1 ticket for the welcome reception, 1 ticket for the farewell reception, 1 ticket for the visit of the Chamerolles Castle, up to 1 papers uploads (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s); 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost). Because we believe that the Gala Dinner is the best place to promote your research and skills, we offer to each student the opportunity to attend to this event. Please send an e-mail to the organizer if you plan to not attend to this event.

Post-conference Workshop registration:

To enhance the experience and exchange in the symposium we are planning to give three post-symposium tutorials. The planned topics will be.

  • Energy Management of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, see flyer with details.
  • New advances on autonomous vehicle.
  • A third topics is planned but not yet defined.

The Workshops will be held after the conference on June 28th and 29th, 2019 at University of Orleans Campus. Please note that workshops are subject to cancellation for lack of registrants and allow a maximum number of participants.

The costs for attending the post-conference workshop are: €175 (excluded VAT) for each registrant. Conference registration is a prerequisite for registering at the post-conference workshop.

Cancellations and refunds:

After uploading a final paper no refund of the corresponding registration fee is possible. Cancellation and refund of registration fees that do not correspond to final paper uploads are possible. Requests must be made via email at  aac2019@univ-orleans.fr with the subject “Cancellation AAC19 NAME SURNAME” until May 15, 2019. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations are subject to a €150 administrative fee.
