Letter of acceptance (Visa Letter):

All authors of accepted papers will have the option to request an invitation letter via email at aac2019@univ-orleans.fr with the subject “Invitation letter request NAME SURNAME”. The invitation letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. Please note that only conference registrants will be issued the standard invitation letter. We regret that we are unable to provide customized letters.

Attendance certificates:

  • Attendance certificates will be delivered to participants presenting a paper during the session in which the paper is presented.
  • Limited to participants not presenting any paper, attendance certificates will be delivered at the Registration Desk.

How to travel to Orleans?

From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport :

Using public transport : Roissy Charles de Gaulles - Gare d'Austerlitz - Orléans

    • Options 1:
      • At the airport, follow the "Paris by train'" signs.
      • Take the RER B and get off at "Saint Michel" station.
      • Then take RER C and get off at the next station "Gare d'austerlitz" (Ticket : 10€) (More information : https://www.parisaeroport.fr/passagers/acces/paris-charles-de-gaulle/transports-en-commun)
    • Option 2:
      • Take the "Cars Air France", Line 4 and get off at "Gare de Lyon" Ticket : 17€50.
      • Then cross the Seine to reach Gare Austerlitz (10 min walk).
    • Option 3:

Once in "Gare d'Austerlitz, there are trains to Orléans every hour. Train ticket costs around 20 euros. You can check the timetables  herehttps://www.oui.sncf/train/horaires/orleans/paris and books here https://en.oui.sncf/en/ . Please, be carefull to validate your ticket; there are 2 stations at Orleans: "Les Aubrais- Orléans" and "Orléans". The "Orléans" station is the most suitable to reach the Orleans city center by walk.

Using Airport shuttle to Orleans :

 

From Orly Airport :

Using public transport : Roissy Charles de Gaulles - Gare d'Austerlitz - Orléans

    • Options 1:
      • At the airport, follow the "Paris by train'" signs.
      • Take the shuttle and get off at "Pont de Rungis" station (Departue at exit gate G (Orly South) and exit gate F (Orly West).
      • Then take RER C and get off at "Gare d'austerlitz".
    • Option 2:
      • Take the "Cars Air France", Line 4 and get off at "Gare de Lyon" Ticket : 17€50.
      • Then cross the Seine to reach Gare Austerlitz (10 min walk).
    • Option 3:
      • By taxi (fixed price around 35€). Be very carefull to take an official taxi to "Gare d'Austerlitz". To recognize and book an official taxi please take few minutes to read informaiton on this web-site (https://www.parisaeroport.fr/en/passengers/access/paris-orly/taxi/taxiv).

  • The welcome reception and all the conference will be held at the conference center is at 5 min walk from the Orleans city center:  9 place du 6 juin 1944, 45000 Orléans,
  • The closing ceremony will be at the Orleans city center:  2 Place de l'Étape, 45000 Orléans.
